The delivery            

At BLTC Sarl, we have two types of delivery, home delivery (it is done only in the case where the order is made in the city of Yaoundé); and the expedition (this takes place in cities and countries where we have no representation).In the case of shipping, packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment, are shipped via DHL, the post office or a local parcel-shipping agency, with tracking, and deposit without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever your shipping choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

 The delivery at BLTC Sarl takes into account three criteria:

-           Delivery fees

-           The delivery time

-            Delivery returns 

1-    Delivery charges 

Our delivery costs are calculated automatically and take into account:

- The country where the city of destination

- Delivery method (delivery to home and / or office or shipping via a parcel transfer agency)

- The overall weight of your parcel at the validation of the orderDelivery charges include handling and packing costs as well as shipping costs. The handling charges are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, and shipping charges will apply to each one. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.The boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected. 

2-    Delivery times 

• The delivery time starts from the day you place your order until the day our agent makes the first delivery attempt.

• The delivery time also takes into account the delays of the company in charge of the shipment (in this case the delivery can be dragged according to the place of delivery)

• Business days are from Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included.
